The Preferred Software Partner Program by Airbnb was launched in 2018 to ensure hosts have a great connectivity experience with partners that offer fully integrated connectivity solutions. As one of the first technology platforms to offer two-way integration with Airbnb since 2018, HotelRunner is once again crowned with the Preferred Software Partner title. The designation highlights the quality and growth of HotelRunner, as Airbnb recognizes the software partners that meet and exceed the highest technical and performance benchmarks.
To be eligible for Preferred Software Partner status, Airbnb partners are rated on several criteria, including:
- The success rate in connecting to and communicating with the Airbnb APIs,
- The success rate in the overall measure of the type and number of connectivity features currently available,
- Excellence in technicality,
- Ensuring that hosts connected have full access to Airbnb host management tools.
