“When we decided to work with HotelRunner, we considered many factors. One of them was that HotelRunner had very strong partnerships with global online travel agencies that lead the industry. We asked these partners for reference before making a decision.
We are connected to 18 channels through HotelRunner and among these channels, B2B channels play an important role for us. HotelRunner’s support for both B2B and B2C channels is very important for us. Also, before we started working with HotelRunner, we were very keen to improve our direct sales channel. The user interface of the HotelRunner Booking Engine was easy-to-use and mobile-friendly, which was a big plus for us.”
